Port and freight logistics in Georgia

Poti is central to many Georgian import and export routes, but a terminal profile is not a substitute for a lane-level logistics model. Carrier schedules, border conditions and inland origin still determine cost and reliability. The same port can produce very different outcomes for containerized imports, export commodities, project cargo and time-sensitive replenishment.
